Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Female Arabic National to join our dynamic Procurement Team in Dubai as either a Purchase Assistant or Purchase Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management who are looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, and preparing purchase orders along with all necessary procurement documentation. They will negotiate prices and delivery terms with vendors, coordinate effectively with both suppliers and internal departments, and monitor order statuses to ensure timely deliveries. Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier databases is also a crucial part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female Arabic Nationality is mandatory for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Immediate joiners will be highly regarded.
