Key Responsibilities

As a Hostess/Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, coordinating with service staff for efficient table turnover, and providing top-tier customer service at all times. Handling VIP guests with discretion and professionalism will be essential, along with addressing inquiries and resolving concerns tactfully.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hotel environment is essential
• Applicants must hold an Ahli visa and be located within Kuwait
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred
