Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding a professional corporate client pipeline while handling all administrative and executive communication needs. Duties include managing emails and documentation, optimizing internal HR processes, coordinating with global agencies, and developing engaging digital content to enhance the corporate brand presence.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience within HR departments, recruitment agencies, or B2B corporate consultancy environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-value corporate clients, foster professional relationships, and smoothly handle escalations.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, capable of drafting official emails and professional documentation with ease.
• Strong organizational abilities to efficiently carry out daily administrative tasks such as scheduling and detailed documentation management.
