Key Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will provide critical support in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems. Core duties include resolving technical problems, overseeing network functionality, and managing fingerprint systems used across the company. The role also involves ensuring smooth operation of operating systems and assisting end-users with various IT challenges.

Required Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in an information technology role
• Proficiency in IT support and technical problem resolution
• Familiarity with fingerprint recognition systems
• Understanding of network configurations and operating systems
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications

Requirements
