Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Noon Platform Lead to oversee the OPPO brand’s mobile category business on the Noon platform in Saudi Arabia. This role involves full ownership of platform sales performance and strategic growth, ensuring all sales targets are met successfully.

Key Responsibilities

The Noon Platform Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of the OPPO brand’s presence on Noon. This includes:

• Driving sales performance by monitoring core business metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability across the platform.
• Overseeing the official store’s operations, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and review moderation to maintain a seamless and compliant storefront.
• Partnering with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches, while leading the advertising strategy within the platform to boost traffic and sales.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between OPPO and Noon, negotiating business resources and fostering a strong, sustainable partnership to enhance revenue growth.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Go-to-Market, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and reporting on sales performance with regular updates.

Requirements

• Preferred nationality: Indian; age below 35 years.
• Education: College degree or higher.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years working specifically with mobile phones and consumer electronics on the Noon platform, with preference for candidates who have previous experience working within Noon or have established relationships and resources there.
• Language skills: Proficient in English for daily communication and business reporting; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Core skills: Strong results-driven approach, excellent project management, and problem-solving abilities.
