We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in telecom infrastructure and network deployment. This role demands a professional who can oversee complex projects from initial planning to final handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery in the dynamic telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating large-scale telecom projects, including mobile network rollouts, FTTH (Fiber to the Home), outside plant (OSP), transmission, and tower deployment. Core duties include managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk factors while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Ensuring that projects meet all quality standards and customer expectations is vital to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in the telecom sector, particularly in infrastructure and network deployment projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise with major telecom vendors and operators such as Nokia, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, STC, Mobily, Zain, and TAWAL.
• Strong project management capabilities including commercial and financial oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• PMP certification is highly valued and considered an advantage.
