Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong mechanical background and experience working with inspection companies, including Aramco projects. This role requires a dedicated professional to lead and manage strategic projects within the TIC, engineering, and industrial services sectors in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will drive project success by ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery while fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for defining clear project scopes, establishing timelines, and coordinating resources efficiently. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintaining accountability is essential. The role involves regular monitoring of project KPIs, budget adherence, and financial health to ensure successful outcomes. Addressing risks proactively and resolving conflicts promptly while safeguarding project objectives related to quality, cost, and schedule is a key part of this position. Effective communication and alignment with all stakeholders will be critical to adapt project priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and capacity to manage stakeholder relationships professionally.
• Strategic Project Management: Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial control. Proficient in risk management and conflict resolution.
• Crisis Management: Strong decision-making abilities under pressure, analytical problem-solving skills, and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Proven experience managing projects within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or similar sectors is essential. PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable. The role specifically requires mechanical expertise combined with hands-on experience in inspection companies and familiarity with Aramco project standards and practices.
