Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our facility management team based in Rawdath Al Khail. This temporary role offers a one-month contract with the possibility of extension, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates with civil maintenance experience to showcase their supervisory skills. The position involves overseeing daily civil works and ensuring smooth coordination on-site under a 9-hour shift, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for leading civil maintenance and repair activities at the facility. Key duties include interpreting construction drawings, supervising workers to meet project standards, and coordinating site operations efficiently. Effective team management and clear communication with both staff and management will be essential to uphold safety and quality standards throughout the work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Civil Foreman within facility management settings
• Proficient in carrying out civil maintenance and repair tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings to guide site activities accurately
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with contractors and supervisors
• Possession of a valid QID is mandatory for the role

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position offers a salary of QAR 3,400 inclusive, structured over six working days per week with 9-hour daily shifts. This arrangement is designed to maintain operational efficiency while providing consistent work hours.
