Jahaz Ayed Al Rashidi & Partner for Trad. & Cont. Co. is urgently seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join their team in Jubail. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of accounting experience within the Saudi Arabian market who are ready to start immediately. The role focuses on supporting financial operations in an office-based environment, ensuring smooth handling of accounting tasks related to contracting, construction, or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crucial accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance. They will assist with month-end closing procedures, payroll processing, invoicing, and vendor management. Additionally, the role involves budgeting support, expense monitoring, and financial reporting to help maintain fiscal accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in general ledger activities and bank reconciliations
• Familiarity with month-end closing routines and payroll processing
• Strong working knowledge of budgeting, expense control, and financial analysis
• Competency in ERP/accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience within Saudi Arabia preferred
• Experience in contracting, construction, or industrial company accounting is an advantage
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory
• Immediate availability for joining is required
• Only candidates holding Tanazul status will be considered
• Indian nationals preferred
