Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our Dubai-based team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to manage and lead construction projects from initial planning stages through to successful completion. Immediate joining is preferred for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site civil construction activities and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Guarantee that construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Track project progress, manage schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization
• Develop, review, and maintain technical reports, method statements, and necessary project documentation
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control measures

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and site supervision
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Possession of a UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Availability for immediate start is highly preferred
