We are seeking a skilled Site Team Leader with a civil engineering background to lead telecom tower construction projects, specifically for the Huawei project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional to oversee and coordinate on-site civil engineering activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to manage the civil engineering aspects of telecom tower construction. You will supervise site workers, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate project activities to maintain timelines and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in telecom tower construction projects, preferably with Huawei.
• Valid driving license and current Iqama.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site operations effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and basic Arabic is an advantage.

Requirements

This position is open exclusively for Pakistani nationals, particularly those from the Punjabi community. Candidates must hold a valid Saudi driving license and Iqama to be considered for this role.

Compensation

The offered salary for this role is 3,000 SAR per month, reflecting the responsibilities and expertise required for this position.
