Job Overview

A leading Global Manpower Solutions and Construction Services company based in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire two experienced Marketing Managers. This role focuses on managing client relationships and growing our network for construction manpower supply. We are targeting highly skilled Chinese and Korean professionals ready to contribute to a dynamic team in Riyadh.

This opportunity offers competitive salary packages, including base pay and sales incentives, along with full transportation and a 21-day annual paid vacation. The contract duration ranges from three to four years, with transfer iqama arrangements provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with main contractors, project managers, and other key stakeholders within the construction industry.
• Drive sales efforts by securing contracts for skilled and unskilled manpower supply to major infrastructure and large-scale construction projects.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand our manpower services across the GCC construction sector.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience within the GCC, specifically in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in client management with an established network in the GCC construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and nurture effective business relationships.

Work Environment and Benefits

The position is based at the company’s head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering an eight-hour workday. Transportation is fully provided by the company, ensuring easy commute convenience.
