Job Overview

Sahabat Al Naqel is urgently looking to recruit 50 skilled car drivers to join the Hungerstation food delivery team. This opportunity includes immediate transfer on the same day, with a competitive salary package and a range of benefits including a company-provided vehicle, fuel, accommodation, and more. Candidates must hold a valid Saudi driving license and iqama, and be ready to start promptly.

Compensation and Incentives

The salary structure is designed to reward productivity, enabling drivers to increase their earnings based on delivered orders. Drivers can earn up to 5000 SAR monthly through a combination of base pay, incentives, and bonuses.

• 2300 SAR monthly for achieving a target of 500 orders
• 2000 SAR monthly for reaching 450 orders
• Additional 200 SAR bonus for full attendance without absences
• Earn 8 SAR for each order delivered beyond the monthly target

• Transfer fee (kafala fee) of 2000 SAR covered by the company

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Saudi iqama and driving license (light or heavy license preferred)
• Familiarity with smartphones and GPS navigation apps like Google Maps
• Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills
