Job Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying workplace hazards and promoting a culture of safety across our operations. This opportunity is open specifically to Indian and Filipino nationals with a strong background in occupational health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring all safety protocols are followed throughout the workplace. You will work alongside operations and compliance teams to develop and implement safety measures aimed at preventing accidents and promoting a secure work environment. Providing safety training and maintaining compliance with local and industry safety regulations will be an integral part of your daily duties.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of occupational health and safety standards
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and accident prevention techniques
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Effective communication skills to deliver safety training and engage with different teams

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in safety roles within industrial or catering environments will be highly preferred. Familiarity with Bahrain’s safety regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
