Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Business Developer with a solid background in the facility management industry. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, lead teams effectively, and oversee project execution while ensuring overall company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive business strategies to promote growth.
• Manage the entire business development cycle, including client acquisition and relationship management.
• Ensure smooth project delivery and operational excellence from start to finish.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, enhance branding, and strengthen market positioning.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and maintain profitability targets.
• Provide detailed performance reports and maintain full profit and loss accountability, reporting directly to senior management.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar business development role.
• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling business units or companies.
• Extensive expertise in business development, operations, and leading teams.
• Professional experience specifically within facility management, contracting, or closely related sectors.
• Strong leadership qualities, sound decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities.
