Job Overview

Shadow Design Company is seeking a skilled Wood Factory Engineer to enhance our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on experience in wood production and furniture manufacturing, along with strong technical and managerial capabilities to oversee factory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities within the wood and furniture factory.
• Plan and optimize production schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Oversee quality control processes ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Interpret and work with technical drawings related to furniture and joinery production.
• Maintain smooth site coordination with various departments and external vendors.
• Supervise and ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and production equipment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in wood factory or furniture manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of production processes, materials, and machinery specific to wood and furniture manufacturing.
• Proficient in production planning, quality assurance, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Experience with joinery and overall factory management is highly valued.
• Gulf region experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver immediate results.

Work Location and Joining

The position is based in Saudi Arabia with Shadow Design Company. We prefer candidates who can join immediately to support ongoing projects and production needs.
