Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Food Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly within restaurants or catering environments, to ensure that food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

The Food Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring food safety protocols according to industry standards. This role includes implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with ISO 22000 standards to uphold the safety and quality of food products served to customers.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with practical exposure to restaurants or catering services
• Solid understanding of ISO 22000 food safety management standards
• Familiarity with local food safety regulations and standards in Riyadh is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 3,000. Additional benefits include company-provided accommodation and transportation, ensuring a comfortable and supportive work environment in Riyadh.
