Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC) Developer to join a dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. This role offers a competitive salary of AED 20,000 and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications utilizing Sitecore XM Cloud’s headless and composable architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, modern front-end technologies, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications within the Sitecore XM Cloud environment. This includes building and integrating ASP.NET Core and .NET frameworks, RESTful APIs, and cloud services.

• Develop front-end applications using ReactJS and Next.js following Sitecore headless principles.
• Implement multilingual and multisite Sitecore solutions with advanced content modeling and workflow customization.
• Extend Sitecore functionality via pipelines, resolvers, and event handlers adhering to best practices.
• Integrate search platforms like Solr or Azure Cognitive Search in Sitecore projects.
• Collaborate effectively with UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to create scalable, high-performance applications.
• Engage in architecture and technical design discussions with stakeholders and Enterprise Architects.
• Ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and maintainable code through code reviews and automated testing.

Technical Skills and Experience

Candidates should have a solid foundation in C# and ASP.NET Core, with hands-on experience in Sitecore XM Cloud and its headless services including GraphQL and REST APIs. Proficiency with ReactJS and Next.js along with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap is essential.

• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix principles and modular design patterns.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and cloud-native deployment.
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Glass Mapper, Sitecore CLI, and serialization techniques.
• Ability to work with third-party integrations, media management, forms, and external modules.
• Hands-on experience with version control using Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines in DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Project Delivery and Processes

The role demands experience across all SDLC phases and a strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Jira or Rally is preferred. The developer will be expected to work in Agile DevOps environments that utilize automated builds and deployments while facilitating collaboration with business units and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with migrating from Sitecore XP/9 to XM Cloud.
• Understanding of composable Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and SaaS CMS.
• Prior involvement in large-scale, high-traffic Sitecore implementations.
