Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Documents Clearance Assistant who is proficient in handling various document processing tasks essential for smooth administrative operations. This role involves managing multiple clearance procedures related to labor, social security, and travel documents within Bahrain. Candidates with prior experience in Schengen visa services will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clearance and processing of documents such as labor permits, insurance records, and travel papers. Specific duties include:

• Handling LMRA (Labor Market Regulatory Authority) documentation
• Processing GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) records
• Managing Sijilat (Civil Status) related procedures
• Overseeing CPR (Central Population Registry) document clearances
• Coordinating traffic-related formalities and services
• Assisting with ticketing and travel documentation
• Executing all other clearance tasks efficiently and accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have solid knowledge and experience in clearance procedures related to government and travel documents. Familiarity with Schengen visa processing is considered a valuable asset. Effective communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary of BHD 150 plus incentives. A work visa will be provided under applicable terms and conditions. This package is ideal for candidates comfortable with the compensation and eager to grow in a document clearance role.
