Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our Hospitality Engineering and IT department in Jeddah. This role focuses on expanding our client base within the hospitality sector, especially targeting star-rated hotels and SMEs, while also managing and nurturing existing accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Their core duties will include:

• Generating new business by proactively reaching out to star hotels and small to medium-sized enterprises in Jeddah to promote our engineering and IT solutions.
• Managing and growing existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction through timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Providing expert consultations tailored to clients’ specific engineering and IT requirements, offering cost-effective solutions.
• Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales objectives to enhance commission earnings.
• Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our products remain competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in sales, with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• A valid local driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to facilitate client visits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
