Key Responsibilities

The Welding QC Inspector will be responsible for:

• Reviewing welding procedures, welders’ qualifications, and inspection reports to verify quality requirements.
• Using various nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques to assess weld integrity and detect defects.
• Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions applied.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates must possess:

• Aramco approval or certification as a Welding QC Inspector.
• Strong understanding of welding procedures, codes, and quality control processes specific to oil and gas or heavy engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and interpreting NDT reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
