Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to lead our architecture department in Doha, Qatar. This leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and design, with strong capabilities in both project management and technical execution. The successful candidate will oversee departmental operations, ensuring quality and innovation throughout all stages of architectural project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the architectural team, coordinating project workflows, and maintaining high standards of design and compliance. This includes leveraging your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit to drive efficient project execution. Alongside technical duties, you will ensure clear communication within the team and with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of comprehensive experience in architectural engineering roles.
• UPDA classification in categories A, B, C, or T is mandatory.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with BIM and Revit software platforms is essential.
• Valid driving license required; owning a vehicle is preferred for transportation.
• Legal eligibility to work in Qatar is a must.
