TECHNO BLUE is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join their team in Qatar. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through managing inbound and outbound communications. The role involves registering and updating client information, handling product inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working with internal departments and partners.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Recording and maintaining accurate job entries within the CRM system.
• Managing email communications with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Providing detailed product information and preparing quotations as requested.
• Resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Contributing to overall customer satisfaction by addressing issues and inquiries with professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills is expected.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Qatar is mandatory.
