Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Electrical and HVAC Draughtsmen with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience for multiple ongoing construction and MEP projects based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing detailed and accurate shop drawings that strictly adhere to project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive layouts and detailed drawings including lighting, power systems, cable routing, HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems. Collaboration with engineers and site teams is essential to ensure that all drawing updates and revisions are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, preparing as-built drawings and conducting material quantity take-offs will be integral parts of the job. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software is required to deliver precise and clear documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical discipline
• Strong expertise in MEP drafting standards and procedures
• Proven experience working on commercial or residential projects within the construction industry
• Ability to meet project deadlines and coordinate efficiently with various departments
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineering and site personnel
