Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Sales Representative to join our flower wholesale business. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, handling both sales activities and manual tasks related to the product.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders and managing the physical aspects of the business, including loading and unloading flower boxes. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth operations in the cold storage area while providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physically strong and able to handle heavy lifting of flower boxes
• Good overall health to maintain stamina throughout shifts
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold environments
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn new skills to improve performance

Employment Details and Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary of BHD 150 plus a BHD 30 allowance, making the total monthly compensation BHD 180. The first three months will constitute a probationary period, during which your performance will be closely evaluated. Employees who demonstrate dedication and strong performance may be eligible for a salary increase after the probationary period.
