Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals for urgent offshore roles on a 6-month renewable project. The positions are focused on engineering tasks related to Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) package management and Project Mechanical Completion Certificates (PMCC) coordination. The work location will be determined based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Package Engineer: Lead and oversee the assigned E&I package from construction through commissioning and final handover. This includes coordinating installation, hookup, and construction activities in line with IFC drawings and approved procedures. The role requires strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Interaction with engineering teams, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and vendors is essential, along with monitoring construction progress, material availability, and site constraints. The Package Engineer will also support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), commissioning support, and seamless system integration. Preparing and coordinating inspections, certifications, and ensuring systems are fully operational for handover is part of the role. The position also involves managing as-built drawings, test reports, completion dossiers, and supporting project closeout documentation.

PMCC Coordinator: Responsible for maintaining and updating the master punch list for PMCC, SAT, and Pre-Commissioning and Acceptance Certificate (PAC) phases. This includes categorizing punch items by priority and tracking their status from open to closure. The coordinator will actively liaise with construction teams, commissioning staff, QA/QC personnel, and vendors to expedite the clearance of punch list items. Participation in punch walkdowns alongside QA/QC and project management teams is required to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria. Critical punch items delaying commissioning or handover must be prioritized. The role also demands preparation and submission of punch status reports, proper documentation management, and verification of completed punch items. Ensuring overall readiness for system acceptance and supporting final project closeout activities is vital.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in offshore engineering roles related to E&I packages or PMCC coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco engineering standards and HSE requirements.
  • Ability to interpret IFC drawings and manage site construction activities.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Capable of preparing thorough documentation including as-built drawings and completion reports.
