Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and qualified MEP Supervisor specializing in Plumbing to join our dynamic team immediately. This role is open exclusively to candidates based in Bahrain who possess a solid background in managing plumbing systems within MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 6 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to lead on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all plumbing-related activities at the project site. This includes interpreting technical specifications and layouts accurately to ensure work aligns with project requirements. Maintaining effective communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams is crucial. The role demands working efficiently under pressure with a focus on meeting project targets. Supervisory duties will include quality control and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in plumbing supervision within MEP projects
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for smooth coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Possession of a valid Bahrain driving license is preferred
