We are a leading supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products, serving sectors including construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and various industrial industries. To support our expanding operations in Dammam, Ras Tanura, and Jubail, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager with a strong background in PPE and safety materials to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This role includes managing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities within corporate and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will oversee proposals, quotations, and sales presentations, stay informed about market trends and competitors, and cultivate strong connections with procurement teams and decision-makers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they achieve set performance goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in selling PPE and industrial safety products.
• Deep understanding of safety standards and a comprehensive knowledge of industrial PPE solutions.
• Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
• Capability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
