Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join the maintenance team of a 17-floor high-rise building in Bahrain. This role demands a professional with at least five years of hands-on experience in air conditioning systems repair and upkeep, capable of managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various air conditioning units including central and split AC systems. Duties also include conducting routine inspections, ensuring efficient operation of HVAC systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests in this multi-story facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair
• Proficiency with central AC, split AC, and general HVAC systems
• Ability to work effectively in a high-rise building environment
• Strong work ethic and accountability

Working Conditions

Working hours are between 10 to 12 hours daily, reflecting the demands of maintaining a large commercial building. The position includes a probation period of three months. Accommodation will be provided by the company to support relocation and comfort.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered is between 150 to 160 Bahraini Dinars per month, aligned with industry standards and experience level. Along with a competitive pay package, company-provided accommodation ensures a hassle-free transition for the right candidate.
