Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT solutions or medical software sales who are eager to contribute to the healthcare technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related clinical workflow solutions to healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will spend approximately 80% of their time conducting fieldwork, engaging directly with prospective and existing clients to build strong relationships and expand the customer base. A significant part of the role involves delivering professional product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our IT and healthcare solutions. Understanding client needs and effectively communicating how our products address those requirements is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of English, particularly in delivering clear and professional product demonstrations.
• Between 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT solution sales or medical software environments.
• A solid grasp of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and clinical workflows to engage clients with relevant insights.
• Comfortable with a mobile work style as field visits will constitute the majority of the role (around 80%).

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh and involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region. The dynamic nature of the role requires adaptability and effective time management to meet client needs and sales objectives.
