SCT Executive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a dynamic and expanding industrial company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role calls for a proactive finance leader who excels in a fast-moving, shareholder-focused environment, taking full responsibility for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the finance function including financial planning and analysis, reporting, cash flow management, cost control, compliance, and commercial finance activities. You will play a critical role in driving financial governance and ensuring alignment with international reporting standards like IFRS.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• At least 5 years in senior finance leadership positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, IFRS compliance, audit processes, cash flow optimization, and corporate governance.
• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or project-driven sectors is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
