Radian Engineering Consultants is expanding its Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and peer review team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking skilled engineering professionals with strong backgrounds in building design to join our dynamic team. Various senior and mid-level positions are available, offering the opportunity to work on prominent projects within the Diriyah Master Plan.

Available Positions and Experience Requirements

• Technical Director (MEP) – 25 years experience
• Mechanical Lead – 20 years experience
• Electrical Lead – 20 years experience
• ICT / ELV Lead – 20 years experience
• Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) – 10 years experience
• Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) – 10 years experience
• Senior Electrical Engineer – 10 years experience
• Senior ICT / ELV Engineer – 10 years experience
• Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) – 7 years experience
• Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) – 7 years experience
• Electrical Engineer – 7 years experience
• ICT / ELV Engineer – 7 years experience
• CAD / BIM Technician – 5 years experience (2 vacancies)
• Document Controller – 5 years experience

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be involved in the design and peer review of MEP systems for building projects aligned with the Diriyah Master Plan. The focus is on delivering high-quality building design solutions, ensuring compliance with local standards and codes. Roles related to Plumbing and Fire Fighting require expertise in reviewing LPG, SNG gas networks, and fuel systems. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting technical leadership within the MEP domain will be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Proven experience in building design projects, specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design and peer review processes
• Experience relevant to specialized project types expected in the Diriyah Master Plan
• Technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ICT, and ELV systems depending on the specific role
• For Plumbing and Fire Fighting positions, capability to assess gas and fuel network designs is required
