Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee IT infrastructure operations and HP services in Bahrain. This role involves managing support services for computers, printers, servers, and networking devices, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. The position suits professionals with a strong technical background and experience in IT hardware and HP products.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IT infrastructure support, including coordinating HP services across various devices. Duties include working closely with clients and technical teams to provide prompt resolution of issues, monitoring Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards. Leading and supervising field service engineers and technical staff is also a critical part of this role. Additionally, the manager will prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation while supporting installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Manager within IT infrastructure or HP service environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, servers, and networking products.
• Ability to coordinate between clients and technical support teams effectively.
• Experience managing service contracts and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Leadership skills to guide field service engineers and technical personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Indian nationality is preferred for this position.
• Familiarity with HP products and related service offerings is highly advantageous.
• A technical background in IT hardware and networking is desirable.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from 500 to 700 BHD per month, based on experience and qualifications.
