Key Responsibilities

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized workout programs, ensuring safe and effective use of gym equipment, and motivating members to reach their fitness objectives. Your expertise will contribute directly to creating a positive and energetic environment within the gym.

• Design and implement individualized fitness routines tailored to client needs
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor client progress
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to enhance effectiveness and prevent injuries
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of fitness areas and equipment
• Encourage and support clients to stay committed to their fitness journeys

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female applicants only, with Filipino nationality
• Currently residing in Bahrain
• Proven experience working as a fitness instructor or personal trainer in a gym environment
• Strong knowledge of various gym equipment and exercise science
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage clients of varying fitness levels
