Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aluminum Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum fabrication, proven leadership skills, and experience managing production operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising daily aluminum fabrication activities while ensuring that all work aligns with project drawings and technical specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing the workforce, monitoring quality standards, and managing production schedules to meet deadlines. Coordination with production and site teams is essential to maintain smooth operations throughout the fabrication process. Additionally, ensuring the correct use of materials, tools, and machinery, maintaining workplace safety, and enforcing discipline are critical aspects of this position. The supervisor will also provide training and guidance to fabrication workers as needed and report daily production progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in aluminum fabrication is required.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, interpreting technical drawings, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead fabrication teams effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and provide clear instructions.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Possession of a transferable residency is preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in Kuwait and involves working closely with both on-site and production teams. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced fabrication workshop where adherence to safety and quality standards is paramount.
