• Furniture Carpenter – 1100 + 200
• HVAC Technician – 1400 + 200
• Chiller Technician – 1600 + 200
• AHU Technician – 1500 + 200
• Electronics Technician – 1500 + 200
• Audio & Video Technician – 1500 + 200
• Water Pump Technician – 1400 + 200
• Medical Gas Technician – 1500 + 200
• STP & WTP Operator – 1400 + 200
• Fire Alarm Technician – 1400 + 200
• Fire Fighting Technician – 1400 + 200
• Generator Mechanical Technician – 1300 + 200
• Generator Electrical Technician – 1400 + 200
• Boiler Operator – 1400 + 200

Requirements and Eligibility

Candidates must be between 24 and 45 years of age. The standard working hours are 8 hours per day under a 2-year contract. Most positions require a minimum of a 3-year diploma along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. However, the following roles do not require a diploma: Tile Mason, Wall Painter, and Furniture Carpenter.
