Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Techno Business Analyst specializing in Digital Channels and API integration to join our team in Qatar. This role demands extensive expertise in banking IT systems, particularly focusing on corporate and retail online/mobile banking platforms. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, testing, and supporting innovative banking technologies including Open Banking APIs.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Techno Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), generating comprehensive test cases covering all business scopes, and supporting system incidents and investigations. The role includes managing defect life cycles, coordinating system fixes, and ensuring smooth execution of SIT and UAT testing phases. Collaborating with system analysts and developers, you will help design and develop effective business systems and maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in banking IT, with at least 4 years focused on implementing corporate and retail online/mobile banking solutions.
• At least 3 years experience in analyzing and testing APIs, specifically Open Banking APIs.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and SWIFT standards.
• Good knowledge of Equation and Core Banking systems.
• Proficient in business process analysis, requirement documentation, and test scope analysis including regression testing.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written – with the ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels.
• Skilled in time management and working within deadline-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to handle tasks with dedication while adhering to banking ethics and confidentiality protocols.

Additional Responsibilities

You will be tasked with tracking and documenting changes in business specifications, preparing business cycle specifications, managing outputs and control mechanisms, and assisting in the creation of user documentation, training materials, and procedural guidelines. A customer service-oriented mindset combined with strong teamwork and organizational skills is essential to excel in this role.

Work Environment and Joining Details
