Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced male receptionist to join our gym team, combining front desk responsibilities with barista duties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointment bookings, handle phone calls, and assist members efficiently. This role requires managing cash transactions and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the gym.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist gym members and visitors professionally at the front desk.
• Handle incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers with care.
• Manage the cash drawer accurately and maintain daily transaction records.
• Ensure the gym is clean and well-maintained, including the gym hall, equipment, glass surfaces, and restrooms.
• Report any issues or important information to gym management promptly.
• Perform general computer tasks such as typing, and using Word and Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and general typing.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a gym or hospitality setting.
• Ability to prepare and serve beverages professionally.
• Capable of maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts as required.

Additional Requirements

The candidate must be a local transfer with a no-objection letter from their current sponsor and be prepared to transfer their visa to our company. Accommodation will be provided on-site, and staying in company accommodation is mandatory. Applicants must be ready to comply with company policies and schedules.
