Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales and Marketing Specialist for a part-time position based at Avenue Mall (Lulu Hypermarket), Al Murabba, Riyadh. This role primarily focuses on driving foot traffic and promoting gym and fitness supplements at our store. With peak hours from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about fitness and able to engage with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

As an Outdoor Sales Specialist, you will proactively approach mall visitors and fitness enthusiasts, introducing them to our product range and ongoing promotions. Your primary goal is to convert foot traffic into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our gym supplements and guiding prospects to the store. Success in this role is measured by meeting daily sales targets, which directly impacts your commission-based earnings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Confidence and a friendly, outgoing personality suited for dynamic retail sales environments
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with an ability to connect both with locals and expatriates
• A passion for fitness, gym culture, or nutrition is highly preferred to engage sincerely with customers
• Valid transferable Iqama and legal authorization to work part-time in Riyadh
• Preference for candidates who are Filipino females or from Kerala (Malayalam-speaking backgrounds) to better connect with the community

Compensation and Career Growth

This position offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure, providing significant earning potential due to the high volume of mall visitors. Outstanding performers have the chance to transition quickly into a full-time role, receiving a base salary in addition to commissions.
