We are urgently recruiting experienced kitchen staff for multiple positions based in Albania. Candidates with a background in Italian, Mediterranean, or Continental cuisine are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Helper (Commis 2), your role will involve assisting senior chefs in meal preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting daily kitchen operations efficiently. For the Cook (Commis 1) position, responsibilities will include preparing dishes according to established recipes, managing cooking stations, and ensuring quality and consistency in food presentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in Italian, Mediterranean, or Continental cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
