Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer specializing in Medium Voltage (MV) systems to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with practical experience in transformer installation, cable termination, and system testing. This full-time position requires a proactive professional who can work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various medium voltage electrical activities including the installation of transformers and conducting cable termination and testing. You will review and interpret electrical drawings, perform load calculations, and ensure adherence to electrical design standards. Coordination with civil and mechanical engineers on site will be essential to maintain project flow. Additionally, you will prepare daily progress reports and log sheets while reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) from a recognized institution, full-time program.
• A minimum of 5 years of cumulative electrical engineering experience, with at least 2 years working in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated expertise in Medium Voltage systems including transformer installation and cable termination/testing.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledgeable in load calculations and electrical design standards relevant to medium voltage projects.
• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in collaborating effectively with civil and mechanical site engineers.
• Competent in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Good understanding of site execution processes, safety protocols, and project requirements.
