Job Overview

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join a well-established advertising company in Bahrain. This role involves creating compelling visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the client’s brand message across multiple media platforms. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing the brand identity and engaging the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging content for both digital and print channels, including social media, websites, and packaging solutions. You will work closely with the marketing team to establish and maintain brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all materials. Presenting innovative design ideas to stakeholders and refining them based on feedback will also be essential. Additionally, managing several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards is a critical part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a preference for candidates who have worked within an advertising agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity and high-quality design execution across various projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless design outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to generate original ideas and translate concepts into impactful visuals.
• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging design tools to continually improve and innovate.
• Experience collaborating with creative professionals such as writers and marketers to deliver cohesive campaign materials.
