Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our technology operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and information security, supporting both hardware and software needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, including database administration, system engineering, and network configuration. You will manage software installations and maintenance while overseeing the organization’s data center and cloud management. Additionally, the role involves supervising system administration tasks and ensuring robust information security protocols are in place. Experience handling mail servers, particularly Microsoft Exchange, is essential. If you have been involved in ERP system implementations, your expertise will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant IT management experience
• Strong knowledge of database administration and system engineering
• Proficiency in IT support, system and network configuration, and IT infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with data center operations and cloud service management
• Comprehensive understanding of information security practices
• Experience with software architecture and installation processes
• Solid experience managing mail servers or Microsoft Exchange servers
• ERP implementation experience is highly preferred
