Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Representative specializing in Anesthesia and Nutrition products to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role involves promoting and selling these products directly to private hospitals while developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical sciences or pharmacy and experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory. Main duties include meeting regularly with pharmacists, doctors, technicians, and procurement teams to promote anesthesia and nutrition products. You will manage sales and marketing activities, achieve targets, organize clinical training sessions, and respond promptly to customer needs and complaints. Additionally, you will ensure accurate order booking and follow-up on timely delivery, while monitoring competitor activities and emerging market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Medical Science or Pharmacy and possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative within the UAE pharmaceutical sector. A solid understanding of pharma product sales, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure are essential. Familiarity with clinical environments and the ability to learn quickly and convey complex information clearly is highly valued.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Applicants residing in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license are strongly preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, though not mandatory, and candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.
