Job Overview

Al Homaizi Food Industries is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee all project and maintenance activities for Al Rifai stores across the UAE. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while coordinating closely with mall management for approvals and permits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical drawing interpretation, and relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be accountable for managing and supervising all store projects and maintenance work for Al Rifai outlets nationwide. Key duties include:

• Coordinating with mall management to obtain necessary approvals and work permits for ongoing projects.
• Overseeing maintenance activities to ensure they are completed efficiently and cost-effectively within the agreed timelines.
• Interpreting technical and construction drawings to guide project execution accurately.
• Utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe applications, 3D Max, and other design tools to manage and review interior design plans.
• Identifying potential risks related to projects and implementing solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Ensuring continuous communication with all stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, especially within retail or commercial environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, and relevant project management or design software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
