Al Jazeera International Catering LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This position is ideal for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance who have a basic understanding of ERP systems and accounting procedures. Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Assistant will handle a range of tasks including processing and recording purchase and sales invoices via the ERP system. The role demands close coordination with the HR department to support payroll and audit activities. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, managing payment vouchers, and maintaining fixed asset records. Other duties include monitoring petty cash, overseeing receivable collections, and ensuring accurate accruals and provisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Familiarity with ERP software and accounting workflows.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Understanding of accruals, provisions, and fixed asset management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR for payroll and audit support.

Work Location and Joining

The position is based at Al Jazeera International Catering LLC’s office in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi. The company is looking for candidates who are currently within the UAE and can join on short notice.
