We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive based in Bahrain who can join immediately. This role focuses on driving business growth by promoting company services, generating new leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and marketing expertise along with effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the client base. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis. The role also involves preparing sales documentation such as reports, presentations, and quotations, as well as managing online and offline promotional campaigns. Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction and consistently meeting monthly sales targets are essential parts of this position. Managing social media marketing efforts may also be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently residing in Bahrain and ready for immediate start
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and government processes is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Holding a valid Bahrain driving license is a plus
