Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Project Engineer to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet strict quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing and coordinating teams of architects, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Monitoring ongoing progress and making necessary adjustments to stay on track with deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborating closely with architects and other professionals to confirm that project specifications are clear and adhered to.
• Implementing quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate project documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar civil or building construction role.
• Proven experience working within the GCC region and familiarity with local construction practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, with experience handling 200+ employees on construction sites.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Age below 40 years is required.
