Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Printer and Photocopier Technician to join our team in Khobar/Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to candidates holding transferrable visas who are eager to contribute their technical skills and expertise in servicing office equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair a range of printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components promptly
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently
• Set up and configure network printers and resolve connectivity problems
• Respond to client service requests and provide reliable technical support

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in repairing and servicing printers and photocopiers
• Familiarity with major brand machines including HP, Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, and Konica Minolta
• Basic understanding of networking concepts for printer configuration
• Strong troubleshooting abilities paired with clear communication skills
• Having a valid driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
