Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales and Operations Executive to join our team specializing in interior fit-out services. This role blends client engagement with operational coordination, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage sales activities while collaborating closely with our factory and production teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with clients to understand their specific needs and secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and overseeing project progress through to final completion. Close coordination with the production and installation teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the carpentry or wood industry, particularly related to interior fit-out works.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry materials, finishes, and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary package of 400 BHD inclusive of all allowances. Additional benefits will be discussed based on the volume of business generated by the candidate, providing an opportunity for performance-based rewards.
